2nd Annual Spanglish Party Cruise Announces Star-Studded Lineup

🌴 🚢 Salsa, Freestyle & Wedding Bells

Some events are concerts.
Some are vacations.
Some are family reunions disguised as dance parties.

And then there’s the Spanglish Party Cruise.

The 2nd Annual Spanglish Party Cruise officially sets sail September 13–17, 2026, departing from Port Canaveral, Florida aboard the luxurious MSC Seashore, bringing together freestyle, salsa, merengue, dance music, and enough rhythm to make your Fitbit beg for mercy.

And honestly?

This sounds like one of the most genuinely joyful events happening this year.

🎤 A Full Lineup Built for Freestyle & Latin Music Fans

This year’s cruise features an impressive mix of freestyle legends, salsa powerhouses, rising artists, live bands, and DJs.

Leading the charge is Chrissy I-eece, the freestyle icon known for classic dance-floor anthems and her latest salsa single “Frente a Frente.”

Also joining the voyage:

  • Awilda Hernandez bringing salsa, merengue, and bolero energy
  • Nas-t Boyz, known for their freestyle hit “What I’m Feeling”
  • JCee Colon, accomplished salsa vocalist and the cruise’s Director
  • Betsya, contemporary freestyle favorite
  • Nashali, emerging bilingual vocalist with growing buzz

Supporting the performances will be live musicians including:

  • Edgardo “El Bambino” y Su Grupo
  • PlenaMar Latino

Because real percussion on a cruise ship at sunset just feels correct somehow.

🎧 DJs Keeping The Party Alive Until Questionable Hours

No cruise party survives without DJs willing to keep the dance floor alive long after everyone promised they were “heading back to the room.”

This year’s soundtrack comes courtesy of:

  • DJ Benny Bee
  • DJ Oscar P

Which means freestyle classics, salsa rhythms, dance hits, and probably at least one moment where strangers become best friends over a song they haven’t heard since 1994.

Human beings are weirdly beautiful like that sometimes.

💍 A Wedding in the Bahamas? That’s Actually Kind of Incredible

In what might become the emotional centerpiece of the entire cruise, JCee Colon and Alida Hernandez — founders of Spanglish Entertainment — will be married on the white sands of Ocean Cay, Bahamas during the voyage.

And honestly?

That’s pretty special.

Instead of separating performers, fans, and organizers into different worlds, this event seems built around community and shared culture.

Music bringing people together isn’t exactly a new idea…
but it still works every single time.

🌎 More Than a Cruise — A Cultural Celebration

Spanglish Entertainment describes the event as a bridge between English-speaking and Hispanic audiences, celebrating bilingual identity and multicultural experiences through music, storytelling, and live entertainment.

That mission feels especially relevant right now.

Because the best music scenes have always mixed cultures, sounds, and people together until something new emerges.

Freestyle itself was born from exactly that kind of energy.

🏆 Respect to the Legacy of Freestyle & Latin Dance Music

Events like this also shine a spotlight on genres that don’t always get the mainstream respect they deserve.

Freestyle, salsa, merengue, and Latin dance music have influenced:

  • Pop music
  • Club culture
  • Hip-hop production
  • Dance music worldwide

Long before streaming algorithms started pretending they invented music discovery.

🚢 Sailing Out of Florida Feels Perfect

The fact this event launches from Port Canaveral feels fitting too.

Florida has always been a crossroads for:

  • Latin music
  • Dance culture
  • Caribbean influence
  • Freestyle nostalgia
  • Beachside nightlife energy

So putting all of this on a cruise ship headed toward the Bahamas?

Honestly… somebody understood the assignment.
